POLICY’S 

Please note that with communication I may be able to wave these policies under some circumstances. Thank you so much for understanding.

Booking Policy 

10$ nonrefundable deposit required to book (goes to appointment cost) 

No refunds

address is given after I receive the deposit.
No undiscussed additional guest

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 24 hours in advance if possible

If you would like to reschedule your appointment for another day that week your deposit will not be lost.

If you cancel your appointment completely your deposit will not be recycled

(you may only recycle your deposit once)

Late Policy

There is a 10 minute grace period. If arrival is After the grace period a $10 additional charge will be added to your total appointment cost. 20 minutes after the grace period has expired, your appointment will be canceled.

Other Policy's

I will fix Broken cracked or chipped nails free of charge within a week after appointment date. (depending on how the damage was received)
